Circa Approx 1920s. The Back of the the Doorstop Has a Faint Model Number "124" in the Casting at the Lower Base Area. It is Not Signed but it is Pictured and Identified in "The Doorstop Book" as "Cottage with Hollyhocks "Confirming that it was Made by the Well Documented "Albany Foundry" ( Book Value $250 to $350 ). It is Very Heavy Solid Cast Weighing Slightly Over 4 1/2 Pounds. It Still Retains its Artfully Original Hand Oil Painted Features with Exceptionally Beautiful Colors. I have been Dealing in Vintage & Antique Doorstops for Many Years and This is the Nicest Example of this Popular Doorstop Model that I have Ever Seen. It is in Very Good All Original Condition - Displays Beautifully.
