Chair backs have been reupholstered … Read more 1960s Knoll 54" round Table and 4 chairs by Eero Saarinen with early Knoll labels. Chair backs have been reupholstered with original leftover Knoll fabric. Seat cushions have been replaced with new high density foam... they are very comfortable and swivel perfectly. No major imperfections. Only very minor wear as would be expected with age. Was purchased in the sixties by my German friend who's husband worked as a pilot for Pan Am out of Berlín. Lovingly cared for for many years and moved to the states to caregive for his Mother here. She had a glass top cut for the table to protect the surface. See less

Table top has some minor imperfections as would be expected with age. Base only a few very minor and small marks to bottom edge... much less than usual. Chairs function perfectly and swivel easily. Backs have been reupholstered and are ever so slightly brighter than original seat cushions which have been restuffed with high density foam. Original Early Knoll labels attached. less
