Mark is worn but suggests this is pre-1900 but could be early 20th century. Please note that as a very old piece there are scuffs, scratches, and other normal signs of aging particularly on the bottom. Dimensions: 4 in diameter with lid. 3 3/4 in diameter at base. 1 in high.
