Designed by ingmar relling (1920-2002) in 1965 for westnofa, norway, it features a beautiful rosewood-look bentwood frame. The sturdy canvas back is laced to the bentwood frame. It retains its original light brown leather cushions, with the original "westnofa furniture" label on the bottom, and comes with an additional headrest. A very beautiful and minimalist design. This is one of the most iconic pieces of mid-century modernism. A must-have for any mcm furniture collector. The chair lives up to its name, as "siesta" means "midday nap" in spanish, and this is the perfect place for it. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
