Born in 1954 as a Baroness in Kirchbrak, West Germany, Antoinette Von Grone’s first studied at the College for Applied Arts in Hannover, Germany, and the University for Applied Arts in Vienna, Austria. Following four years of studies and with a degree in Textile design, von Grone moved to Paris and attended the private Haute Couture school, Ecole Gogele, whereupon she earned a degree in Fashion Design. She subsequently rounded out her fashion education with an 8 month internship in the renowned window decoration department with Hermes-Paris.
