What can I say about these. they are old and not sure how old but they dont make these anymore. Best Guess late 1800's -
1 Pair = 2 brackets
Solid Cast Iron - so they are very heavy best guess the pair is over 500 lbs
They measure overall 4.5" wide x 42.5" tall x 47.25" long - The decrative portion of the wonderful corbels / brackets are about 1.25" thick. They are painted gray at this time with a heavy duty thick gray colored paint and you can see in their history they were yellow at one point.
No Cracks in the Cast Iron that I could see.
I dont know what building they came from - I wish I did and would share the history.
There are two very large anchor holes on the 42.5" tall side for mounting and 8 smaller holes on the 47.25" long side for mounting
They could have been used for a balcony or deck. Now they can be apart of your history.
Ornate design that match the two with curly leaf type pattern.
