In excellent used condition with no rips, tears or fading of the black upholstery. No makers mark sticker present on the base but the chair is heavy and well made so it feels authentic. Base is crafted of steel and has some slight scuffs as pictured. They are ready for immediate use, and there’s nothing stopping you from enjoying these design classics for years to come! The Artifort f780 is an armchair designed in 1966 for the waiting room of the groundbreaking french aircraft, the Concorde. The armchair is designed by Pierre Paulin, one of the greatest designers of the last century in Europe. He worked as a freelance designer for Artifort starting in 1954. By 1969, his designs were exhibited at the museum of modern art in New York and the Centre Pompidou in Paris.
