Bottle-shaped vase, made of thrown stoneware, covered with a cloudy glaze in celadon tones, deep greens punctuated by dark spots with coppery metallic reflections. The slender neck opens onto a slightly flared lip, typical of the refined organic forms of the 1960s. The overall effect evokes certain formal and chromatic explorations carried out by French ceramists Viviane and Jean Ruelland, although the piece is not signed by them. The unglazed base bears a difficult-to-read incised signature. Technical Details:
