Set of 5 including emerald green, cobalt blue, raspberry pink, amethyst purple, and amber yellow.
Hand Cut glass from the Bavarian region of West Germany in the 1960s-1970s by Crystal Clear Industries. To achieve the cut glass pattern, a thin layer of colored glass is applied to the clear handblown crystal wine glass. The maker then expertly cuts the color layer to create the spectacular design on each cup.
The rainbow set stands 7.75" inches height, 3" inch top opening diameter, 3" base diameter. Each cops sits on a hexagon- edged, curved stem that runs down to a starburst-patterned base, smooth on the top and textured underneath. A gorgeous glass to hold.
No chips fissures, scratches with little to no visible signs of age-related wear.
