Miniature Aegean blue plaster intaglio, portrait replica of Grand Tour, made in the atelier of Parisian artist Marin Montagut. Hand-wrapped in paper, rimmed in gold plaster cording, mounted on coral grass cloth in new beaded gold tone metal frame with velvet back and self-easel. Would pair well with similar coral intaglio in the shop. Intaglio has folded hook affixed to back and can be hung independently.
A rare piece unavailable in the US.
