This vintage Egyptian Tabriz rug, measuring 8'7" x 11'10", is handwoven with wool on a cotton foundation in the Nile Delta region of Northern Egypt. Crafted in Fustat, the ancient capital located at the northern edge of modern Cairo, these rugs are produced using time-honored techniques that have remained largely unchanged for centuries.
