The chairs are made of solid mahogany. they are heavily carved with feathers and beading ending in a Hepplewhite leg. The host and hostess probably was not original to the set but you can see they have been upholstered in the same fabric. The host and hostess chairs have a different dimensions H-39.5 W-21.5 D-22".
