The 2008 Annual Edition was reserved exclusively for members of the Swarovski Crystal Society (SCS) and was not available to the general public, making the set particularly sought after by collectors.
This touching design captures the bond between mother and child, as the Panda Mother lovingly watches over her cubs, creating a scene of great sweetness and harmony.
The animals shine in clear and black crystal, faithfully reproducing the natural coloration of this endangered species.
The set is part of the "Endangered Wildlife" trilogy, inaugurating the series dedicated to the protection of threatened animals.
Designed by Edith Mair, it is in perfect condition and complete with original Swarovski boxes, box covers and certificates for the mother and one cub. The second cub has its own separate box.
