Patchwork Stripe Linen Window Panel – Natural Indigo Japanese Dyed
This one-of-a-kind linen window panel is crafted from fabric that has been naturally dyed using traditional Japanese indigo techniques—not printed.
The fabrics were dyed by hand in Brooklyn by Japanese indigo artisans, then patchworked together and finished with visible seaming and machine top stitching.
The top features ropes for hanging on a rod.
Originally created as a display piece for an exhibition, it has been carefully stored and remains in excellent condition—no stains or holes.
The natural indigo has aged beautifully over time, developing soft tonal shifts and character that enhance its depth and richness.
