Vintage bar or cocktail table designed by Alfred Hendrickx for Belform in 1957. This table has a partly solid and partly veneer teak wooden frame with black leg structure and sycomore slats. Ceramic top on a sliding panel with storage compartment underneath for magazines or drinks. The removable tray with ceramic tiles can slide from left to right.

The ceramic tiled tray was designed by the Belgian ceramist Theo Melens, who can be seen as an important artist in Belgian ceramics. At the world exhibition in 1958, Melens showed his work in three different pavilions. Melens designed ceramic figures for Belform from 1957 till 1958, all limited and piece-uniques.
