This high quality ceramic art wall panel was hand-painted by the artist Traute Lossau during the 1960s for KMK-Kupfermühle-Keramik, Germany.
Traute Lossau was born in 1933 in Königsberg, former Germany. She studied at the School of Fashion in London and then worked for Norman Hartnell, the Queen's dressmaker.
The large ceramic tiles were manufactured in England where they were painted by the artist for KMK-Keramik.
The decorative piece of art shows an abstract modernist style plant motif between still-life and landscape. It is composed in warm colored blossoms in an implied rocky environment. This piece has an attribution mark,
