Symbolism in both pieces:: The intricate black figuring represents the twists and turns of life’s path, a journey marked by moments of chaos and clarity. The soft hues evoke the serene spaces we find along the way.

The figuring in the tamarind wood contrasts beautifully with the mellow yellow, soft gray, and warm brown tones that radiate from the wood. These hues give the piece an earthy character that feels grounding and inspiring.

The back sections are dark walnut. The contrast of the tamarind's intricate surface with the walnut's rich, smooth texture adds depth.

At the center of "The Journey's End". you'll see the rich red padauk piece on top which represents the heart-felt value of the journey.
