It is probably Asian in origin. It is 21" in diameter and 23.5" tall with the handle (10" without). It is in a pleasing honey color and in good condition with the exception of wear on the bottom. It can serve many purposes; for example, holding magazines or towels spilling out of it in a bathroom, or even a pet bed. See less
