I cannot find this cool dramatic and substantial stool by Traditional Imports. This was sourced in the 80s by a decorator. The top is faux bamboo with gilded bamboo leaves on the legs. This is a solid wood super strong and sturdy piece you could actually sit on but I think it is more a foot stool or accent piece. It is currently a beige and gold with clean burnout velvet. How I see it is lacquered white with gold accents. Chinoiserie fabric. I think this has an almost theatrical presence. I loved it and it is very unique.
