Large Tole Florentine Flushmount Light, Italy, 1960s
This exquisite flushmount ceiling light is a stunning example of Italian Florentine craftsmanship from the 1960s. Featuring a hand-painted tole metal structure in soft green and gold tones, the design bursts outward in a floral medallion form, echoing natural botanical motifs with layered leaves and delicate branches adorned with crystal accents.
At its heart, eight E14 bulbs nestle discreetly within the sculptural arrangement, offering warm, diffused illumination while preserving the ornate beauty of the piece. The light plays off the gilded leaves and faceted drops, creating an elegant interplay of shimmer and shadow.
