Classic Marimekko pillow cover in the Alku pattern. The 16” (40 cm) square pillow features a geometric repeat of organically-shaped army green ovals on a light beige background. The pillow is finished with a maroon red serged seam around the edges. Reference the supplied closeup pictures to really see the pattern.
Classic, elegant, and deceptively simple, the pillow compliments mid-century to modern interiors. Anything Marimekko instantly adds a note of Scandinavian hygge.
As of June 2025, the Alku pattern is not available for retail sale in the green colorway. Buy the pattern here, or wait for Marimekko to re-release from their archives!
