Dramatic seascape with coastal cliffs by unknown artist "Kelly" (20th Century). The viewer stands at the edge of the ocean, atop reddish brown cliffs, looking along the coast. Across a small bay or inlet, there is another set of cliffs and some dense groupings of trees. The piece has a misty or foggy quality with grey-blue skies.
