Pair of Georgian plates were manufactured by renowned English pottery Mason’s. The plates have “ Bamboo And Basket” pattern, a chinoiserie design depicts an intricate flower basket, sitting next to a bamboo plant, with flowers strew over the ground, the blue border with multi-colored flowers. Printed mark in blue , circa 1813-1820. Excellent antique condition with no cracks, chips, or crazing. Some utensil marks can be seen when the plate is turned in the light. One of the plates has a slight defect on the foot rim, as shown in the last photo. Please see the pictures as they are part of my description.
It measures approximately 7 1/8” in diameter.
