A swedish modern classic, stoneware vase in signature green glaze with decor of a mythical fish at play, and stripe at the rim in silver. Designed by wilhelm kåge from the ‘argenta’ series for gustavsberg, sweden, 1938, (year letter h). Signed in silver at the base as well as embossed “handdrejad” and manufacturer’s mark. Model no 1036 ii. In good condition. this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
