Outstanding curved Oak freestanding coat rack with eight brass hooks. Quality craftsmanship and solid condition. Some light signs of age and patina but displays very well. No cracks or splits and ready to go as found. It is not marked or signed. True estate find, please see photos and send any questions.
64.75" tall, base is about 18" square.
Good condition overall, no glaring issues. Framework is generally solid, no cracks, no breaks, no splits. The bottom support/stretchers have just a bit of play in it but holding and practical. The smaller brackets near the hooks are quite solid. All 8 hooks are intact and appear to be original, chain is also nice and likely original. The eight wooden washers or discs are all intact and solid on the top two tiers, the lowest tier has 3 missing and some of the screws have been replaced. The wood finish is solid, expected patina, small scuffs, a few small edge chips and rubs. Overall an even and smooth finish for its age.
