The Tables Base Is A Tubular Steel Frame Inspired By The Oval Profiles Used To Separate The Wings Of Biplanes, So The Frame Is Designed To Be Load-Bearing With Four Adjustable Pilotis To Support The Slim Rectangular Glass Top Which Appears To Float Above It.
The Pilotis Structure System Is Used To Lift And Create A Void Space Below It, Hence The Floating 3/4 Inch Glass.
The Vintage Black Steel Frame Is Strong And Sturdy With Signs Of Use And Age And Some Markings. The Pilotis Are In Excellent Vintage Condition.
The Original Vintage 3/4 Inch Glass Top Has Signs Of Use And Age (Very Heavy).
