The design impresses with its minimalism and transparency. The glass shade is shaped like a flat dome. The lower section is satin-finished all the way to the edge to protect against glare from the light source. The upper section is clear, lending this design its special transparency and lightness. The clear glass on top also serves the functional purpose of allowing indirect light into the room. The shade rests on a cylindrical metal base, which also contains the socket. The light hangs from a wire cable. The cable is guided in loops with strain relief. The lights can be arranged in series or distributed throughout the room as a single source of light.

The lights are in very good condition with signs of wear and patina.
