Mid-Century Modern adjustable table lamp with cylindrical shade retaining its original orange lacquer (ca. 1960s, USA).
The chrome mechanism on the stem loosens the arm and allows for shade height adjustment (stem is fixed), and the shade itself articulates in order to angle the light accordingly.
Original lacquer to base and shade shows wear/losses, and the chrome has minor scuffs. Overall, in good, original condition.
Dimensions reflecting the shade tilted downward and parallel to the stem as in image #3:
