Typical of this Dutch ceramic art are the delicate, hand-painted floral and landscape motifs in cobalt blue on a white ground – inspired by Chinese porcelain and perfected in Delft in the 17th century.

The set consists of:

- a large lidded vase with floral motifs and a decorative figure on the lid (height: 37 cm, diameter: 17 cm)

- a two-handled vase with a curved silhouette (height: 26.5 cm, width: 16.5 cm, depth: 15 cm)

- a pitcher vase with an elegant spout and handle (height: 27.5 cm, width: 16 cm, depth: 13 cm)

- a footed bowl / compote bowl with floral decoration (height: 12 cm, diameter: 24 cm)
