The German silver sheeting is then placed over the carved wood and, using traditional old-world tools, is chased (hand-hammered) and it recesses into the carving underneath creating this sculptural tabletop or desktop lamp. The lamp has been restored with new wiring and appointments and comes with its custom black shade.
The dimensions listed are for the lamp to the top of the finial.
