A very smart design on this beautiful piece with a channel-carved door, a finished back and waterfall edge on one side. My parents are the original owners and their Widdicomb bedroom set was a huge spurge and a prized possession. They always used coasters, kept them out of sunlight and were careful not to nick or scratch. It's impressive how good they look, though some of that is credited to the outstanding craftmanship and quality of the furniture. These nightstands are an excellent addition to any midcentury modern bedroom. less
