Danish Sculptural Solid Oak Coffee Table by Frits Henningsen, 1940s.
This lovely oak coffee table with cabriole legs was made in Denmark in the period between 1930 and 1950, attributed to Danish master carpenter Frits Henningsen.
Beautiful and elegant shape and proportions with carved details on the legs. Made from solid light Nordic white oak.
Very good condition. Lightly refinished and re-treated with soap flakes. Small professional repairs on the edges, please see photos. Ready for use. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
