The piece has a fantastic square base that holds the top planter section on four, gold lion's feet. On two sides, there are metal, gold finished lion head rings. The piece is perfect to hold a plastic liner for a plant or for faux stems, umbrellas, canes, as a wastebin, etc. Super versatile! I placed it in the planter category, but not sure it would do great outdoors. It's probably best suited in a covered area or indoors. See less
