Vase made of layered crystal glass. The inner layer is cobalt blue in the mass with white glass threads embedded in the glass mass. The outer layer is colorless, which adds three-dimensionality and optical depth to the object. The vase is characterized by a simple, cubic form. The edges are polished.

On the bottom is the signature of the Exbor glassworks in Nový Bor, known for the production of high-quality art glass and cooperation with outstanding designers.

Ivo Rozsypal (born 1942) is a Czech glass artist, painter and sculptor whose works are appreciated all over the world. His work includes both utility projects and monumental works of art that decorate public spaces. Rozsypal began his career in the 1960s, designing for renowned Czechoslovak glassworks, such as Exbor in Nový Bor.
