Stylish Retro vintage amethyst cocktail ring (circa 1940s) crafted in 18 karat yellow gold.
Faceted cushion shaped amethyst measures 20.5mm x 18mm (estimated at 30 carats). Note: few light surface abrasions to the amethyst (visible under a 10x loupe).
Intentionally oversized, the cocktail ring is designed to draw the eye. The large cushion shaped amethyst is faceted to catch light and shimmer with your every movement. Whether worn casually or full glam, the gallery mount bridges the past to wearable chic today. The high-rise ring (15mm - 0.59 inches) sits comfortably on the finger.
The ring is in very good condition and was lightly cleaned and polished.
