Offered is a mid 20th century Japanese teak bentwood round tray with a woven madras checker design on the upper surface and a matte black lacquer on the undersurface. While this piece is thicker than most bentwood trays, we think it's better used on a bar or console or dresser as display and not for carrying heavy items. It is also suitable for dry foods or snacks.
