We are selling this bright and colorful impressionistic American landscape painting. The simple landscape uses unusual colors to convey the landscape and is signed illegibly in the lower right but we believe it may be by American painter Charles Hetherington.
Condition: The surface has been scrubbed possibly due to over restoration or damage with some brown of the canvas showing through the paint.
