Circa 1901 Hand Cut American Brilliant Period Crystal Liquor Wine Decanter / Carafe
Intricately cut-glass decanter, characteristic of the American Brilliant Period (ABP) of cut glass, which flourished roughly between 1876 and 1915. This style is known for its heavy lead glass and deep, miter cuts that create patterns of starburst, hobstars, fans, and geometric designs with a complex pattern of intersecting lines, stars, and other shapes covering its surface. The stopper is also elaborately cut, complementing the design of the decanter itself. High quality, heavy, thick and collectable. Nice piece to add to any crystal collection.

Decanter is In excellent condition free from damage or repair, exception...the stopper has some damage in one corner that's not very noticeable.
