Hand-crafted from solid European pine, it features a warm, refinished natural tan tone that highlights the aged character and grain of the wood. The table has been structurally restored and showcases a rectangular plank top with breadboard ends, constructed with traditional mortise and tenon joinery. In true provincial style, it features a hand-carved scalloped apron with a generous apron clearance of 26.5”. It stands on elegant, hand-carved, tapered fluted legs decorated with diamond accents at the corners, a nod to the refined Louis XVI Directoire aesthetic. Solid and stable with excellent craftsmanship, this piece blends rustic charm with classical French detailing in a timeless country profile.
