Wonderful acrylic portrait by Elle Yount, newly-framed under glass (not pictured) in a vintage French Montparnasse frame, signed on recto, and ready to hang.
Le Sculpture is a series by the artist inspired by a visit to the Louvre. She paints portraits of everyday people in an elevated style.
Elle Yount loves the mix of new and old, perhaps modern mixed with French or New England interiors - think President George Washington meets Picasso. Having a degree and background in Interior Design, Elle has always been on the lookout for unique, one of a kind pieces. These days Elle spends more and more of her time creating, sketching, designing, and working with her husband on their never ending list of home projects at their residence in Nashville, TN.
