Victor Vanagy original watercolor with vivid colors and short, pronounced strokes (almost pointillest) of an ancient stone village on the Côte d’Azur with the Alps in the background. Brilliant and unique piece. Sourced from an art gallery in Provence. Framed and matted under gallery acrylic in contemporary gold bamboo-style frame, signed and dated en recto, and ready to hang. Mat is an oonch rosier and lighter than Pantone Color of the Year Mocha Mousse, which really brings out the vibrant colors in this antique.
Tres charmant!
