Hawkins is a talented impressionist painter from Tucson, Arizona, known for his colorful brushwork and use of lighting. Initialed "WH" in the lower left corner and stamped on the reverse. Included is an antiqued gold wood frame and hanging hardware/wire. Dimensions: Artwork, 8"L x 10”H; overall, including the frame, 13”L x 15”H. Excellent condition!!!!
