We have for your consideration a very gorgeous pair of andirons / chenets. Chenets consists of solid brass and are in very clean vintage condition with light scratches but overall they display beautifully. Chenets have been recently hand polished to there gorgeous brass color with a fresh coat of Mohawk gloss brass lacquer to protect them from tarnishing. Chenets are made in Italy. There use to be a sticker on both of the Chenets but they have fallen off over the years. These are not signed so designer and manufacture is unknown. The original owner said there family brought them back in Italy in the 1960s. Chenets consists of black painted iron that hold logs and they are beautiful with no wear. Iron has been repainted professionally with a fire proof black paint. These beautiful chenets / andirons are jaw dropping gorgeous and will sure add a touch of elegance to your mid century modern regency decor.
