Shade and weighted base … Read more Super cool and rare mid century modern Swedish articulating desk lamp in a bright orange finish. Shade and weighted base are made of plastic while the articulating arms are made of metal. The arms and shade are adjustable with two knobs and the high quality of this light still allows its mechanism to work very well despite its old age. Sticker located just above the base says "Wasonmark Inc Lighting by LEDU Norwalk, Connecticut. " The "Made in Sweden" stamp is seen in two spots including the bottom of the base. This cute vintage lamp takes an E14 socket size light bulb and will also ship with one! I would categorize this as a medium size desk lamp, not too big or too small, right in between. Its truly a wonderful piece MCM Scandinavian design that displays a nice combination of industrial and architectural elements with a strong pop of color! See less

The lower beige part of the lamp shade on one side is somewhat warped in shape from probably heat (see photos). You can easily turn this side towards the back so it's not visible although it is not that distracting. Overall lamp looks pretty clean for its old age. less
