It was published by Excalibur Press (Kansas City, Missouri) in 1965. This is one of a limited edition of 50 copies produced. It measures 11 1/8" wide, 12 1/4" tall, and 9/16" thick. The piece is in great overall condition with minor signs of wear consistent with its age and use (no dust jacket; some light wear to outside cover; all pages intact; some light wear to pages).
