Belgium, 1960s. This is a wonderful unique studio pottery dish by the famous Belgian pottery workshop Guérin, at that time under guidance of Jules Guérin - the son of Roger Guérin. A very distinct piece with a stunning color - Sang de Boeuf red. Thick and rich glaze, with wonderful sea blue / green details and a very distinct hand made quality to it. Very elegant and timeless. A wonderful piece to enjoy on your desk, sideboard or table. A great and unique piece of mid-century Belgian studio pottery from the Charleroi region, the center of the Walloon art pottery production in the middle of the 20th century. Great vintage condition with no faults. See less
