  • "Thank you for the pics. They did help us see the inside. Regretfully, the armoire won't work for us. It is a beautiful piece. We hope you'll find someone who will appreciate its old charm and beauty. Judy Friedman"

  • "Judy F.: I just sent New pictures to Support to send to you. To show you how sturdy the shelves are I loaded all the canned goods I have on one shelf. You'll see that in the pictures."

  • "Judy F.:Hi, I will get you more pictures tonight. The entire cabinet is solid wood and for the most part is put together with nails and glue. The shelves are permanently attached in this way. I'll do my best to assess how much weight the shelves can hold. Thank you, Cheryl"

  • "Hello. I received Charish's message. We would appreciate an overall photo of the inside of the armoire. Also, how much weight could a shelf carry. We want to store heavy items inside the armoire and we want to know if the wood is strong enough to hold it securely & safely. How are the shelves held in place? With wood, plastic , or metal clips? Answers to these questions will hopefully give us a better idea if this armoire will work for us. Thank you! Judy Friedman"

  • "Judy F.: there should be additional pictures on the site… If you can't see them let me know because I can but perhaps they were not made public? I don't know how much it weighs but it isn't a very heavy piece. I can move it around the room by myself. It has three shelves on one side and on the other side a rack about midway up and at the bottom of shoe rack. No drawers. At the top there's an iron rod for hanging clothes . It's listed as early 1900s but it could be older. Cheryl"

  • "Hello! I saw only one photo of the armoire. It is very nice. I would like to see additional photos, namely the inside, how it opens, and some close ups. Are there any shelves or drawers inside? How much does the piece weigh? I would appreciate any additional info. Thank you, Judy Friedman"

  • "Vicki: hello, as far as age of the piece I don't know for sure. The furniture dealer friend puts it around 1910, but he wasn't certain. I think it could be even older based on the fact that the majority of the construction was done using glue and nails, not screws. In fact the only screws I see are where it looks like there might have been some repair work or reinforcement done. I will send pictures of those areas. More..."

  • "Hello, what is the age of the piece? Any major repairs done? Minor? Can you send close-up photos of repairs? Can I get more photos to get a better sense of the interior (3 shelves? plus shoe rack)? the back? Will you accept a return if piece is not satisfactory? Thank you very much. Vicki"
