This large antique Asian red lacquered cabinet has 8 doors, a wardrobe/cabinet with original chinoiserie trim, four long cabinets in the upper part and a central vaulted top, all flush with the frame. The 8 doors are gold plated. The paintings are chinoiseries of mountains and landscape scenes. The side of the door and the front frame of the cabinet are painted in gold. This piece truly showcases the talent of the cabinetmaker and decorator and is truly a one-of-a-kind find. This cabinet will be the focal point of any room it is placed in.
