Set of 5 APILCO French Heart Shaped Cheese Mold Strainers - Made in France - Coeur a La Creme
This is a set of 5 vintage French cheese molds/strainers in a rare heart shape, all made in France. These are made of creamy white porcelain with footed bases. Designed for draining soft cheeses overnight, such as cream cheese or goat cheese, to create a cheesecake like texture. Wonderful served with fruit! This set consists of one larger mold and 4 smaller molds, all marked on the underside "Porcelaine a Feu, Apilco France". The set is in excellent, like new condition.
The large mold measure approx. 7.5" long, 7" wide, 2.25" high.
The small molds measure approx. 3.75" long, 3.5" wide, 1.5" high.
