This is a a lovely pie dish with a recipe for Chocolate-Mint Ice Cream Pie. It features a whimsical smiling sun with the printed recipe below, along with directions. And to the left side is a hot air balloon that is carrying a baker holding a pie and below that are a couple flying birds. There is crimping along the rim, as well as curved stripes on the outer edge.
The Royal China “Country Series” Pie Plates were manufactured between 1983 and 1988. This could be used as a functional pie plate and/or as a wall or shelf decoration.
The easel is not for sale.
